Intermodellbau was far more than just another trade show for us. It was the moment when an idea — shaped by countless sketches, prototypes, and long nights in the hobby room — suddenly became a real product presented to the public for the very first time.
With our very first booth, we introduced one. to a larger audience — and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect. Would other hobbyists struggle with the same problems? Would anyone understand why we had invested so much time into modular organization systems, inserts, and optimized workflows?
After just a few hours, the answer became very clear:
Absolutely.
We had countless conversations with miniature painters, scale modelers, tabletop gamers, artists, and creative people from many different fields. Nearly everyone recognized the same challenges: overcrowded hobby desks, chaotic paint collections, and constantly searching for tools or materials. Many visitors stayed at our booth far longer than they originally intended, discussing their own workspaces, workflows, ideas, and frustrations with us.
The feedback from retailers and industry professionals was especially exciting. Many immediately understood the potential behind the modular concept of one. and realized that it was about far more than just a paint rack.
For us, this event was incredibly important. Not only because of the positive feedback, but because it confirmed something we had hoped from the very beginning:
one. solves a real problem shared by many hobbyists.
Intermodellbau 2026 marked the beginning of a new chapter for one.
And we are incredibly excited to continue this journey together with the community.
